🚫 All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Due to the custom, handmade, and limited nature of our products, all sales are final, including:

  • Pre-made zhunk

  • Custom zhunk items

  • DIY kits

  • Charm scoops

  • Tool kits & resin kits

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

Orders ship out within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) not including holidays.

πŸ“Œ For Custom Orders:
Please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing, as these are made-to-order with extra zhunk love.

Once your order is fulfilled, your chosen shipping method determines the delivery timeframe:

  • Standard Shipping: ~3–5 business days

  • Priority Mail: ~1–3 business days

  • Express: ~1–2 business days

You’ll receive tracking info once your zhunk leaves HQ.


✨ Charm Breakage Disclaimer

While we package items securely, please note that small charms may occasionally crack or break during shipping. This is common due to shifting in transit.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for any charms damaged after shipping.

If you need to reschedule your Zhunk Party, please email us as soon as possible at party@thezhunkbox.store.

  • πŸ”„ Cancellation & Refund Policy (for Zhunk Parties)

    We know life happens! While all Zhunk Party Kits are technically final sale due to the prep involved, we’ve added a flexible cancellation policy to help you out if plans change.

    ✨ Cancellation Timeline & Refund Options

    • 14+ Days Before Your Event
      You may cancel your booking and receive a 40% refund of your total payment. This helps cover our time, prep, and materials already set aside.

    • Less Than 14 Days Before Your Event
      Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds at this point. Your kits and resources are already in production and/or scheduled.

    • Already Shipped Party Kits
      Once party kits or materials have been shipped or delivered, no refunds will be given β€” even if the event is cancelled. All sales are final at that stage.

    πŸ“† Need to Reschedule Instead?

    We got you!
    You may reschedule your event at no additional cost if the date is still open. Just email us at party@thezhunkbox.store with your order number and preferred new date.


    πŸ’Ž Store Credit Option (Optional)

    If you cancel and qualify for a refund, you can choose to receive your 40% refund as:

    • πŸ’Έ A partial refund back to your original payment method

    • 🎁 A gift card toward a future Zhunk Party or store order

    Just let us know which you prefer!

  • Please book at least 6 weeks in advance for parties of 50 or fewer.

  • For events of 100+, we recommend booking 10 weeks in advance to ensure proper inventory and staffing.
