Welcome to The Zhunk Box (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.thezhunkbox.store, and any purchases, bookings, and services offered. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. 📦 Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Orders ship within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise stated.
Custom items require an additional up to 5 business days for processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.

2. 🎉 Zhunk Party Bookings & Cancellations

All Zhunk Party kits are final sale once shipped.
If you need to cancel a party:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a 40% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are nonrefundable.
This refund accounts for time, planning, and materials reserved specifically for your party.
If your kits have already shipped or your event has begun processing, the order is nonrefundable.
You may reschedule your party at no additional charge by emailing party@thezhunkbox.store, subject to date availability.
Party bookings must be placed:
- 6 weeks in advance for events with 50 people or fewer
- 10 weeks in advance for events with more than 50 people

3. 💥 Damaged Items & Charm Disclaimer

Charms are delicate and may shift during shipping. We do not offer refunds or replacements for charms that arrive broken due to transit.
We are not responsible for third-party shipping mishandling or improper product use after delivery.

4. 🎨 Customization

Custom zhunk items are designed based on your selected color themes and preferences.
You may request what not to include, and personalize with initials, but full creative control remains with The Zhunk Box.
Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.

5. 🔐 Intellectual Property

All content (images, designs, product names, text, and packaging) is the property of The Zhunk Box and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

6. 💳 Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure checkout.
Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
Orders will not be fulfilled without completed payment.

7. 👀 Privacy

We collect personal information for order processing, delivery, and communication. Your information will never be sold or shared. For full details, please view our Privacy Policy.

8. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

The Zhunk Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from use of our products, including injury from improper crafting techniques or allergic reactions.
