  • Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 3 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday), excluding holidays.

  • Custom Orders: Require an additional 5 business days to zhunk your custom request before shipping.

  • Party Kits: Timelines may vary based on the event size. Please refer to your booking confirmation for processing expectations.


๐Ÿšš Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3โ€“5 business days

  • Priority Mail: 1โ€“3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1โ€“2 business days (where available)

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Once your zhunk is on its way, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24โ€“48 hours for tracking to update.

Please double-check your address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


โœจ Charm Breakage Disclaimer

Our charms are tiny, detailed, and fabulous โ€” and we do our best to package them securely. However, minor breakage during transit can occur, and we do not replace or refund broken charms once shipped. Please zhunk with care!
